This page explains how to delete your Zenus360 Facility Manager account and what happens to your data.
1. Why there is no delete button in the App
Facility Manager accounts are created and owned by your estate in the Zenus360 web panel. There is no public sign-up, so deletion is a verified request rather than a self-service form.
2. How to delete your account
- Ask your estate’s super admin to delete your account in the Zenus360 web panel (Estate Admins → delete). This takes effect immediately.
- Or email us at support@zenus360.app from the email address registered on your account, with the subject “Delete my Facility Manager account”, your name and your estate. We verify the request with your estate and complete it within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
- Your admin login account
- Its entry in the sign-in directory
- Every active App session and sign-in token
- Your personal profile details (name, email, phone number, password hash)
4. What is kept, and for how long
- Records of actions you took for the estate, such as bills issued or visits approved, and financial records. The estate must keep these for audit and legal reasons. They are retained in line with the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy, then deleted or anonymised once no longer required.
- Residents’ and estate data is not your personal data. It stays with the estate.
5. Uninstalling is not deleting
Removing the App from your phone does not delete your account. Use one of the options above.
