- Name and designation (e.g., security officer, supervisor)
- Phone number and email address
- Staff or employee identification number
- The estate, gate, or post you are assigned to
1.2 Operational Information
- Resident and visitor verification records
- Access codes and gate passes validated or scanned
- Entry and exit logs, including timestamps
- Incident reports and security notes you submit
- Vehicle details, where captured (e.g., plate number)
1.3 Device Information
- IP address
- Operating system and app version
- Device identifiers
- Location data of the access point (if you enable location services)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected through the Security App to:
- Verify the identity of residents and visitors at access points.
- Authenticate and validate access codes and gate passes.
- Maintain accurate entry and exit logs for estate safety and audit purposes.
- Notify residents of visitor arrivals where applicable.
- Monitor for fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and reporting obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
3.1 With the Estate Management Company
Verification records, access logs, and incident reports are shared with the estate management company that authorizes the security personnel, so it can administer estate security and audit access activity.
3.2 With Residents
Where a visitor is verified against a resident’s access code or gate pass, relevant visit details may be shared with that resident as a notification.
3.3 Service Providers
We may share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Security App (e.g., hosting services and customer support).
3.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Locohozt, an estate, its residents, or others.
4. How We Protect Your Information
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption of sensitive data, access controls limiting data to authorized personnel, and regular security audits and updates. However, no transmission of data over the internet is guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted through the Security App.
5. Data Retention
Access logs, verification records, and incident reports are retained for as long as necessary to provide estate security services, satisfy audit requirements, and comply with applicable law, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
6. Your Data Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team or your estate management company. Certain records may be retained where we are required to keep them for legal or security audit purposes.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Security App is intended for use only by authorized adult security personnel and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Security App or by other appropriate means.
