At Locohozt (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Zenus360 (the “Platform”), which enables residents, property owners, and tenants to manage their estate, receive demand notices, and make payments to their estate management company through our mobile application and website. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. By accessing or using the Zenus360 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information from you when you register on our platform, are added to a property by your estate management company, or use our services. The types of information we collect include:
1.1 Personal Information
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Residential and property addresses
- Payment information processed through our payment partner
1.2 Profile Information
- Username
- Profile picture (if provided)
- Your relationship to a property (e.g., owner, tenant, resident)
- Notification and communication preferences

- Property and unit details associated with your account
- Demand notices, invoices, and payment history
- Wallet balance and transaction records
- Communication with your estate management company
1.4 Camera and Photo Information
With your permission, Zenus360 may access your device’s camera and photo library so you can:
- Upload or update your profile picture.
- Capture or upload photos of receipts, payment proof, or property-related documents.
Photos you capture or select are uploaded to our secure servers and are only used for the purpose you provided them. We do not access your camera or photo library in the background, and you may deny or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings, though doing so may limit related features (e.g., you won’t be able to upload a profile picture or photo evidence).

- Crash logs and diagnostic data (e.g., app version, device model, stack traces) collected automatically when the app crashes or encounters an error, to help us identify and fix bugs.
1.6 Analytics Information
We use analytics tools to collect information about how you interact with the platform, such as screens or features viewed, buttons tapped, session length, and general usage patterns. This information is used in aggregate or pseudonymous form to help us understand usage trends and improve the app; it is not used to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.

2.1 To Facilitate Estate Management and Payments
- Linking you to your property and estate management company.
- Issuing demand notices and processing payments, wallet funding, and refunds.

- To send you service-related notifications, such as demand notices, payment confirmations, updates, and support messages.
- To send promotional content, newsletters, or special offers (you may opt out of these communications).
2.3 Improving Our Services
- Analyzing how users interact with the platform to improve user experience.

- Monitoring app stability and performance through crash and diagnostic data.
2.4 Safety and Security
- To monitor for fraud, abuse, or illegal activities.

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 With Your Estate Management Company
When you are linked to a property, your name, contact information, property details, and payment status are shared with the relevant estate management company so they can administer your account, issue demand notices, and reconcile payments.
3.2 Service Providers
We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in providing our services, including payment processors, hosting providers, customer support tools, analytics providers, and crash-reporting providers. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are contractually required to protect it.
3.3 Business Transfers
If Locohozt is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal data may be transferred. We will notify you before your personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
3.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law or if we believe such action is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation.
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of Locohozt, our users, or others.
4. How We Protect Your Information
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:

- Access control measures to limit access to your personal data to authorized personnel.

However, please note that no transmission of data over the internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted through our platform.
5. Your Data Rights
You have certain rights regarding your personal data, subject to applicable law:
5.1 Access and Correction
You have the right to access and update your personal data stored on our platform. You can do this by logging into your account or contacting our support team.
5.2 Deletion
You may request that we delete your personal data, except when we are required to retain it for legal purposes. See Section 5.3, “Data Retention,” below for how long different types of data are kept before or after deletion.
5.3 Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active, and for a limited period afterward as described below:
- Account and profile information: retained while your account is active, and for up to 90 days after account deletion to allow for account recovery and to complete any pending transactions.
- Payment and transaction records: retained for up to 6 years after the transaction date, in line with applicable Nigerian tax, audit, and financial recordkeeping requirements.
- Photos and uploaded documents (e.g. receipts, payment proof): retained for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, and deleted or anonymized once no longer required.
- Crash logs and diagnostic data: retained for up to 12 months to support bug investigation, then deleted or aggregated.
- Analytics data: retained in identifiable or pseudonymous form for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted or fully anonymized.
We may retain certain information for longer where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements.
5.4 Data Portability
You may request a copy of the personal data we have collected from you in a structured, machine-readable format.
5.5 Opt-Out of Marketing
You may opt-out of receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails or adjusting your account settings.
5.6 Camera and Photo Permission
You may grant, deny, or revoke camera and photo library access at any time through your device settings, as described in Section 1.4.
6. Children’s Privacy
Zenus360 is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
7. Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party websites or services, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
7.1 Third-Party Payment Processor
We use Paystack to process all financial transactions made through the Zenus360 platform. When you make or receive a payment, your information — including name, email, payment details, and transaction history — may be shared with Paystack in accordance with their privacy policy.
Locohozt does not collect or store your credit card or bank account information directly. We ensure all payment data is transmitted securely via encrypted channels.

7.2 Analytics and Crash Reporting Providers
We use third-party analytics and crash-reporting services to help us monitor app performance and usage. These providers process device and usage information on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. If we make material changes, we will notify you through email or prominent notice on the platform.
